Say NO to Cucusoft!!
I squirmed and struggled in this video audio converter for three years, and have given me nothing but a headache! They say they have a warranty and excellent customer service on-line ... Forget it! Both are non-existent. I cannot count the times I've tried to contact them, and met only silence. They will not respond to the suggestions and requests, and the software is known to use every ounce of your CPU, and after closing to the point that the only clear way is to restart the computer.

I do not know what nation you are, but in England, where I am, if we have troubles among a product and no customer service that advertises that you can contact trading standards to investigate questions, about all sorts of issues such as advertising misleading, so abusing the rights of clients to find out what yours is and write to them know who's boss. . Do not phone them, write them, because everything is better in writing. If the software is not free and plagiarize sound, there is a possibility that you may have an open inquiry report Cucusoft where required by law to refund and Cucusoft will have more to respond.

I completely agree with everybody, Cucusoft is a piece of crap! I exhausted £30 on the software behind trying the trial edition (it worked fine) and found the complete version did not work no subject what I did! I tried to contact them 10 times and they just answered my previous email as I commanded a repayment. I was then palmed off among resetting it etc. and says to send them information etc on the problem. I then replied with an extremely irritated electronic mail complaining about their service and be short of help etc. I hope information helpt you to know about Cucusoft.

Could not concur extra, not only is the client support non - existent there program does not even work for me, It break down with the error message AVI to Mpeg has blocked working.Even if Cucusoft AVI to DVD is working correctly it is an outmoded and completely ineffective converter. It cracks DVD's into 3 divide parts which means there is three skips in your DVD, and you cannot edit it out! You cannot place a menu in or crack a DVD into section, it has no skin texture – it is a portion of junk.
