i think you need to download the latest Netflix on your windows media center and so that you can solve your issue. To do this you need to have the internet connection. Open the windows media center and then go to the task on that and after that select the setting. Now under the setting go to the general tab and after that click on the download now button and after that the system will prompt to you for the internet connection and after that on the start download screen make hit on the OK. The download will take the several times to download and once you complete the downloading, restart your system and then go through your issue

i think you need to make the your language as English (united states) and after that your issue will get solved. To do this you need to follow the following steps. Go to the start and then select the control panel. Now under the control panel choose the clock, language and religion. Under that go to the format tab and then make certain that you have chosen the English United States language, if you're not and then choose that one. Now go to the location tab and after that select the United States in the current location box and after that go to the administrative tab. Now on the administrative tab make hit on the Copy to Reserved Accounts. Now finally make hit on the ok button and then restart your system and then go through your issue.

I would like to suggest you to make change on the registry editor and then your problem will get solved. To do this follows the steps below. Go to the start and then select the search and under the search type regedit on the text box and then hit the enter. Now under the registry editor go to this location:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Media Center\Extensions\Netflix
And here delete the Netflix folder and then save the Netflix account again. Once you complete these steps now restart your system and then open the windows media player. I hope this could help you lot.
