How to H.264 video frame by frame
It is a definite query on H.264 playback. I utilize a player that is proficient of playing at dissimilar playback paces and stepping throughout the video frame by frame. This feature based mainly on whether the video codec is proficient of these stuffs. For Xvid (mpeg4) for instance it works fine. Freshly I attempted numerous H264 decoders like ffdshow, Elecard, Mainconcept and Divx to observe whether H.264 movies may perhaps be played by the side of diverse speeds and frame by frame. Actually this was not the issue. I saw that at unusual velocities, simply the I-frames were showed, and not the frames in-between (P as well as B frames). Does anybody distinguish of additional H.264 decoders that are proficient of frame by frame playback? Any kind of suggestions will be accepted?

This FLV flash video player lets you play H.264 videos. It is very simple to use, it has a navigation bar that lets you navigate through the video. The player uses progressive scan not need the video to be downloaded to be read wholly, from the start you can begin to read. The user can also adjust the volume, the configuration is automatically saved and he will not need to repeat it every time. It is also possible to put the video in full screen using a button on the control bar.

H.264 is a very popular codec to encode files in high definition: it behaves very well at low flow rates in standard definition and is perfect for encoding video in high definition with high flow rates. It is no coincidence that the Blu-ray use H.264 in most cases and if YouTube and others (through Flash) followed the same path. Similarly, H.264 has also been chosen by some browsers such as codec for HTML5 and tag video.

Flash is a special case. The company uses the H.264 codec for its videos and the majority of websites use this codec, especially when the HD is in. Because the decoding is supported by the hardware, the next version of Player, 10.1 (currently in beta 3) supports hardware acceleration. In theory, the program is able to use the Broadcom card. In practice, that's another story. First, it is obvious that the video is encoded in H.264, and some sites still use VP6 (old format).

By default, Adobe Media Encoder to encode video for Flash Player and later with 9.0.r115 F4V the format and the H.264 video codec, Flash Player 8, with the format and the On2 VP6 video FLV, and Flash Player 7, the Sorenson Spark codec. To understand how Flash obtains high-quality video file suitable for limited bandwidth, it is useful to understand the underlying concepts of video compression.
